Ludo’s Broken Bride EP

Ok – so I like music. I like some more than others, and I’ll admit there is some I just cannot stand. One group out there that you should have heard about by now is Ludo. A quartet of gentlemen from the St Louis MO area, they hit national coverage with the anthem “Love me Dead” from their 3rd release “You’re Awful, I Love You”. Many folks, however, are not familiar with the Broken Bride EP. Broken Bride is a prog/rock/pop opera told in four parts with a related interlude. I listened to these songs several times before actually listening enough to realize this was a story. Beginning to end, it is the story of a man, and what he is willing to do for love, but with a unique Ludo twist. Time travel, pterodactyls and armies of the undead are just a few of the challenges and qualities that make this EP epic. So without further chattering, I present Ludo – Broken Bride.

(I must ask that you ignore the video, except for Save our City. SoC is an actual video for the song, the others are all fan projects, and mediocre at best.)
