I Come Bearing BEWBS (DOA Saturday – Tina) (sorta NSFW)

Not only my own, but some digital ones! I’m Xera (PSN; Xerampelinae), and this is my first article here on Gamersledge! I was always taught, as a good Canadian, that it’s always polite to come bearing gifts when you are first invited somewhere. So, here I am with everyone’s fave – Bewbs. Just picture the Screen Junkies narrator saying it.

One of my great gaming obsessions is the ladies of Dead Or Alive. This weekend is not only PAX, but it’s also Summer Jam 8, a fighting tournament where Dead Or Alive 5 Ultimate is being played. I’m nowhere near good enough at fighting games to enter the tournament. I came to Dead Or Alive from the Xtreme side-series. Yes, I love that series. I’m one of those weirdos that actually ‘beat’ the game, and am working on beating the first one a second time. When you play it that much, it’s not about boobs at all. It’s about the friendship simulator and fashion dress-up aspects.

Anyway, so even though I’m terrible at fighting games for the most part, I play DOA games because of my loyalty to the girls. I also love the photo mode. One of my hobbies outside gaming is photographing my fashion doll collection, so that aspect of trying to breathe life into an inanimate object in a still image has moved over to the DOA game. I got a program online to rip out the saved images so I can use them on my computer for wallpapers and screen saver images, and I am going to share that bouncing bounty with you all. I’m not sure how I’ll exactly do it, but I think once a week, or more if it’s popular, I’ll upload some images for your viewing pleasure. I’ve taken it upon myself to take pictures of all the girls in all their costumes (and the guys eventually too! I’m an equal-opportunist objectifier), as a sort of pet project.

Here are a few images of Tina in her first three Costumes. I’ve also taken to given the costumes names. The characters that appear in Ninja Gaiden get their costumes named – it’s only fair, and I also have WAY too much time on my hands. That’s something that you’ll learn as I post.
